How to create minimalistic mixed-use housing?
The project consists of a 70 sqm mixed-use unit on the ground floor and three apartments with a surface ranging between 120 and 200 sqm.
The design has an industrial ‘lofty’ approach, combining concrete for walls and floors, whilst glass and metal are used for the facades. These materials are contrasted by oak fittings inside.
The apartments are sculpted according to the principle “light is more”: living rooms with large glass façades, a barbeque-worthy terrace, comfortable bedrooms.
