Finding the right combination between ancient heritage and contemporary additions.
The 1st phase of the project is the renovation of a building listed on the inventory of the Brussels heritage with the addition of a contemporary extension.

For the interior, the mix between ancient heritage and contemporary additions is repeated: original wooden floors versus new contemporary marble stone, original doors with ‘moulures’ versus new doors perfectly integrated in the corresponding wall.

The 2nd phase of the project is the restoration / renovation of a classified building from the hand of the architect DEWIN. Again original elements are combined with contemporary interventions.

The interior spaces are created with different atmospheres, adaptable to accommodate various activities, administrative spaces and offices.
The reorganization of both gardens is also part of the mission.
